A Note from Chantel:

Hello! I am Chantel Rose,
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples,
and families who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the
experiences that have shaped them. I am interested in supporting clients that may be
navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, major life
transitions, or experiences in life that no longer feel like the way you want to live it.
My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that our reactions
often make more sense when we understand where they came from, and slow down to
identify a direction that feels aligned moving forward.
Notable experiences/populations I enjoy working with:

  • Couples & Relational accountability
  • People of color
  • LGBTQIA+ Communities
  • Veterans & Military Families
  • Work/Life Balance & Burnout
  • Chronic Illness
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Life, Meaning & Purpose

Therapy with me is about recognizing what matters to you, making room for more intentional choices, and creating an environment with experiences that feel safe, and more connected to the person and life you prefer. Together, we can explore the stories you have learned about yourself or your relationships, the experiences and environments that have influenced you, and new pathways that invite possibility for growth and change.
