A note from Yasmine:

Welcome!

My work is guided by Narrative Therapy, which will help us explore your unheard stories and share the new ways of being that you want to embrace and embody with others. With compassion, curiosity, and understanding, I’m interested in supporting individuals and couples navigating life challenges, difficulties with communication, anxiety, multicultural identities, and much more.

As a therapist, my practice includes cultivating a warm and inviting space together that will allow us to venture into new possibilities of being. I value the diverse social and cultural backgrounds, experiences, and knowledge you bring into our shared space.

I prioritize working in a collaborative approach that respects what you share, and utilizing different mediums of expression when possible. This could range from art, poetry, music, and other forms of expression. When not providing therapy, I appreciate playing video games, listening to music, journaling, spending time with my community, and exercising.

I look forward to learning more about you and sharing a therapeutic space to support your explorations of this new journey!

“be easy. take your time. you are coming home. to yourself.
— the becoming”
